Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting August 10-October 30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Tavares, FL. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness services including well women exams, and Occupational Medicine issues including Worker's Compensation evaluation and follow-up. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a Primary Care specialty, to qualify for this assignment. DOT Certification and experience in Occupational Health and Worker's Compensation is required for this assignment. Experience with Women's Health is preferred. Clinic is staffed with 1 Provider, 2 Medical Assistants, and 1 Behavioral Health counselor.
