Job Summary:
A Radiation Therapist located in Lubbock, Texas, provides specialized outpatient radiation therapy services within a pediatric trauma center environment. This role involves performing advanced treatment modalities, including gamma knife radiosurgery, IMRT, SRS, and EBRT, across a diverse patient population including pediatric and adult patients. The position requires a dedicated professional to deliver quality care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Fridays, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM; minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 0 years of experience; valid Texas licensure; ARRT R certification; BLS certification; 2 years of related experience; must be eligible to work in Texas.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Elekta Mosaiq electronic medical record system; familiarity with Elekta Infinity and Versa HD linear accelerators; expertise in pediatric outpatient radiation therapy and advanced treatment modalities such as Gamma Knife radiosurgery and IMRT.
• Additional Information: Candidates may be required to work during designated holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. Candidates must have references covering at least 1 year and be able to respond to specific scheduling and previous employment questions during the application process.
