Compensation

• $45,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience; higher compensation may be considered for advanced qualifications.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
• Configure and deploy computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage support tickets, document resolutions, and maintain knowledge resources.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with IT teammates.
• Track IT assets and identify recurring issues.
• Use approved AI tools to improve troubleshooting and documentation.

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience using AI tools for troubleshooting or documentation.
• Azure networking, switches/firewalls, or C++ certifications are advantageous.
