This is a hands-on, field leadership role where your craftsmanship takes center stage—transforming residential kitchens through high-quality cabinet refacing, custom cabinetry, trim, and finish work. If you take immense pride in precision, love solving on-site puzzles, and want to work with a supportive team that values quality over quick fixes, we want to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesField Execution & Craftsmanship: Lead and execute residential cabinet installations, refacing projects, and custom carpentry from start to finish. Perform detailed finish carpentry, including crown molding, scribe, trim, filler panels, and hardware installation. Ensure every installation is level, plumb, square, and aligned with exact project specs.Job Site Leadership & Problem Solving: Read and interpret cabinet elevations, floor plans, and technical drawings accurately. Troubleshoot site quirks and installation challenges independently with clean, professional solutions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site from demo to final clean-up.Communication & Professionalism: Work closely with project managers to keep jobs running on schedule. Interact with homeowners with a professional, respectful, and courteous demeanor.
