Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP licensure in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to strong CFY candidates
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students across grades in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and participate in eligibility determinations
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students' academic and communication needs
• Monitor and document student progress, adjust therapy strategies as needed
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expertise and input on communication concerns
• Remain up to date with best practices in school-based speech-language services
