Role: Supply Chain ManagerWork Model: fully on-site 5 days per week, no exceptionsLocation: Albany, NYMUST HAVE AEROSPACE/AEROSTUCTURES EXPERIENCEOverview: Seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including S&OP, supplier management, procurement strategy, inventory planning, production scheduling, and cost optimization. This role provides leadership across the supply chain function to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesLead supply chain strategy, S&OP, and operational planning.Manage supplier selection, development, performance, and negotiations.Drive commodity strategies and long-term supplier agreements.Oversee procurement of materials and services to achieve lowest total cost.Partner with production control and planning teams to align demand, inventory, and manufacturing schedules.Monitor supplier and material performance to support operational goals.Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.8+ years of supply chain experience, including leadership responsibilities.Experience in commodity management and supplier development preferred.3+ years of ERP system experience.3+ years of S&OP experience.APICS, ISM, CPSM, CPM, or related certifications preferred.Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably electronics, aerospace, or other complex industrial products.
