Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join its healthcare team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering competitive compensation and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Position Highlights

- Competitive Salary: $135K – $168K annually

- Hospital pharmacy setting

Responsibilities
- Review, prepare, and dispense medications accurately and safely
- Monitor patient medication therapies and ensure appropriate drug use
- Provide medication information and support to physicians, nurses, and patients
- Prepare IV medications and other pharmacy products
- Maintain medication inventory and pharmacy records
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
- Participate in formulary management and medication safety initiatives
- Respond to clinical emergencies and support patient care teams when needed
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
- BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
- Active New Mexico Pharmacist License (or eligible upon hire)
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting
