The Bookkeeper will manage and maintain accurate financial records by handling a moderate volume of transactions independently. This role involves regular interaction with clients and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations and timely processing of all bookkeeping tasks.

Must have experience with Appfolio

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and review bank statements
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Manage invoices and ensure correct billing
• Prepare and maintain financial reports
• Track budgets and monitor expenditures
• Perform data entry with high accuracy
• Maintain clear communication with clients and vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Effective communication skills
• Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities
