What You'll Do:
Recruit and screen candidates
Schedule interviews and assist with hiring
Support onboarding, background checks, and new hire paperwork
Communicate with employees and clients daily
Maintain employee records and HR systems
Help create a positive experience for every candidate who walks through our doors
What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS!
