RN - ICUShift: 07:00-19:00Description: RN- MICU3 Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week. *Holidays as required by facility *Every other weekend requiredOur Medical Intensive Care Unit is a 16-bed high acuity unit that provides complex monitoring and treatment of adult patients. Nurses must exhibit high levels of professional competency. The nurses work to collaborate with all disciplines of the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Our team is dedicated to making our patients' experience pleasant and comfortable in a safe and secure environment.Education-Required: Associated degree in nursingCertifications Required: AHA ACLS, AHABLS, AHA NIHOR, RED CROSS Certifications-Preferred: PALSLicenses Required: Registered Nurse State of Alabama or compact license (No Temp Licenses accepted)Nursys Experience-Required: 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty.
