Seko Dosing Systems Corp. is a global manufacturer of dosing pumps and metering systems with over 40 years of experience. Our solutions support industries ranging from water treatment to industrial processes worldwide.

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided.

This role is responsible for accurate picking and packing, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations .

This is a structured work environment with clear expectations for attendance, accuracy, and teamwork.

• Pick and pack orders accurately based on work orders
• Prepare and stage shipments for daily pickups and deliveries
• Handle inventory and assist with cycle counts
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas (5S)
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Cross-train and assist in other warehouse functions as needed

A successful employee in this role:

• Arrives on time and ready to work before the 8:00 AM start
• Maintains accuracy with minimal errors
• Follows instructions and asks questions when needed
• Works at a steady pace to meet daily goals
• Has a team-first attitude and positive work ethic
• Is willing to learn multiple tasks and adapt

• Basic computer skills ( required )
• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience ( preferred )
• Forklift certification ( a plus )
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable attendance and consistent performance
• Ability to follow all safety rules and company policies
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen
