As a Staff RN, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to every patient. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for each patient using the nursing process
• Providing education to patients and their families from admission through discharge
• Documenting the nursing process accurately and thoroughly
• Administering medications and treatments safely
• Implementing physician orders and ensuring equipment and supplies are available
• Communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
• Valid RN license to practice in the State of Ohio
• CPR certification
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and make independent decisions
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
