Yard Administrator $360+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of experience in trucking, logistics, warehousing, yard operations, dispatch, or a related field preferred.
- Strong computer and data-entry skills, including Microsoft Office/Excel.
- YMS or TMS experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable tracking trailer and equipment numbers.
- Must be comfortable working both in an office and outside in a trucking yard.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Job Duties:
- Conduct daily yard inventory checks of trucks, trailers, and equipment.
- Track trailer locations, identification numbers, and equipment status.
- Gather paperwork and documentation from drivers.
- Check incoming and outgoing driver information and verify required documentation.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in yard/transportation tracking systems.
- Communicate instructions and yard locations to drivers.
- Coordinate trailer movements with drivers and yard personnel.
- Report equipment damage, safety concerns, or inventory discrepancies.
- Occasionally assist with simple dashcam installation on trucks as needed.
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Must be flexible with shift start and end times
- Temp to Perm
