Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated Onsite Maintenance Technician for a facility in Brown Deer, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Job Title: Onsite Maintenance Technician
Location: Brown Deer, WI
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Shift: Thursday-Monday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electronic repairs on all equipment, including conveyor systems, printers, and sorting machines.
• Respond urgently to equipment breakdowns and emergency situations.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to TQM and vendor standards.
• Escalate serious equipment issues to the Lead Technician as appropriate.
• Stay up-to-date by reviewing and utilizing vendor technical manuals and updates on equipment modifications.
• Mentor and assist other site technicians as needed.
• Use inventory, PM schedule, and work order systems; maintain spare parts and supply inventory.
• Trouble-shoot and assess equipment problems, executing repairs quickly and effectively.
• Perform all additional assigned duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with mechanical and electronic maintenance (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work the Thursday-Monday second shift.
