Position OverviewA Patient Contact Center Representative (PCCR) is the customer service liaison to each of our practices. The PCCR interacts with each

patient with courtesy and respect using exceptional communication skills. The purpose of this position is to provide our patients with a

seamless experience while following all UHS Policies regarding registration, scheduling, insurance verification and billing.

$17.19 - $24.42 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Previous medical, administrative, call center and customer service experience

• Proficient PC skills

• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
