Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Winooski, VT

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Position Overview:

Adecco is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to support a property in Winooski, VT. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on maintenance skills and a strong attention to detail. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of basic repairs and upkeep tasks to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance tasks including unclogging toilets, fixing minor sink leaks, and addressing general plumbing issues

• Conduct minor appliance repairs

• Complete painting and touch-up work as needed

• Troubleshoot and resolve general maintenance issues in a timely manner

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Communicate effectively with management and follow work orders as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience required

• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
