Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 base salary, depending on experience, Plus Commission/ Competitive Pay!

RollShield LLC is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Manager to recruit, coach, develop, and lead a team of commissioned home-improvement sales professionals throughout the Tampa Bay area.

This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who understands how successful in-home sales teams operate. You will work directly with sales representatives, review performance data, conduct ride-along's, improve closing performance, recruit new talent, and create consistent accountability across the sales organization.

We are looking for someone who has personally succeeded in a high-ticket sales environment and understands how to help other salespeople improve—not simply someone who runs meetings and reviews reports.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain commissioned sales representatives
• Coach sales representatives on discovery, presentation, value building, objection handling, closing, and follow-up
• Conduct regular ride-alongs and provide specific post-appointment coaching
• Monitor individual and team sales performance
• Review key performance indicators, including:
• • Lead volume
  • Demo rates
  • Closing ratios
  • Average contract value
  • Cancellation rates
  • Financing activity
  • Unsold opportunities
• Identify performance gaps and develop individual improvement plans
• Conduct one-on-one coaching, role-playing, and sales training
• Help strong performers improve close rates and overall production
• Maintain accountability for company-generated leads and follow-up activity
• Develop consistent procedures for unsold and rehash opportunities
• Ensure accurate CRM activity and sales reporting
• Work with marketing and leadership to evaluate lead quality and sales performance by source
• Coordinate product and sales training with vendors and manufacturers
• Build a sales culture centered on accountability, professionalism, coaching, and measurable improvement

What We're Looking For

The strongest candidates will have experience leading a commissioned, high-ticket, in-home sales team .

Required Qualifications

• Previous sales-management or field-sales leadership experience
• Proven personal success in high-ticket or in-home sales
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales representatives
• Experience coaching salespeople through ride-alongs and one-on-one development
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance reporting
• Ability to analyze closing ratios, lead conversion, average ticket, cancellations, and follow-up activity
• Experience working with company-generated leads
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to hold experienced sales professionals accountable without excessive micromanagement
• Comfortable working in both an office and field environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Other high-ticket home-improvement products

Our Sales Environment

RollShield provides its sales representatives with warm, local, company-generated leads . Our in-home sales representatives are not expected to cold call or door knock.

Our product portfolio includes:

• Retractable hurricane, solar, and insect screens
• Sunrooms and screen rooms
• Pergolas and patio products
• Commercial glazing

RollShield also provides established manufacturing, installation, service, and administrative support.

A successful Sales Manager will be able to:

• Build and retain a productive sales team
• Improve closing ratios
• Increase sales production per representative
• Identify performance problems through data
• Coach different sales personalities effectively
• Improve follow-up on unsold opportunities
• Recruit and develop new sales talent
• Maintain strong CRM and pipeline accountability
• Help representatives maximize every company-generated opportunity

We are looking for a manager who is comfortable being in the field, reviewing numbers, coaching in real time, and holding the team accountable for measurable results .

Compensation

Base salary: $55,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience.

If applicable, additional performance-based compensation may be available based on team results and company performance.
