With professional training, career advancement, and a supportive environment, we empower our people to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact.Position SummaryThe Leasing Consultant (Multisite) is responsible for engaging prospective residents, showcasing available apartments, and guiding applicants through the leasing process across multiple properties. This role ensures an exceptional customer experience by identifying resident needs, presenting community amenities, and facilitating smooth move-in transitions. The Leasing Consultant also supports ongoing occupancy goals through proactive marketing and property presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel to assigned communities to provide leasing coverage as needed.Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants based on established criteria.Conduct property tours, highlighting apartment features, layouts, and community amenities.Provide accurate information about the local area, including schools, shopping, recreation, and transportation.Prepare and process lease agreements, collect deposits, and ensure all documentation is complete.Monitor property conditions, reporting maintenance needs and coordinating necessary repairs.Maintain updated listings of available units and create engaging advertisements to promote vacancies.Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to support personal and professional development.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) and property management software such as Yardi.Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work on-site, including walking varied terrain, climbing stairs, and inspecting units in all weather conditions.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience plus potential bonuses152 hours (19 days) PTO annually, plus carry-over up to 120 hours and longevity PTO at 6 and 10 years9 paid holidaysComprehensive health benefits-including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability-effective the 1st of the month after 60 days (Kaiser Permanente, Guardian, Mutual of Omaha)HSA and FSA through LivelyEmployee Assistance Plan (EAP)401(k) with employer match (25% of contributions up to 4% of eligible pay)Continuous professional development and advancement opportunitiesEqual Opportunity EmployerAllied Residential proudly provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected status.Mission StatementCreating Communities | Exceeding Expectations We are committed to creating vibrant communities and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
