Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to identify students’ needs and coordinate support strategies
• Maintain thorough documentation of services and interventions in alignment with district and legal standards
• Facilitate family outreach and connect families with community resources
• Assist in the development and execution of IEPs, 504 Plans, and other student support plans
• Respond swiftly to crisis situations and provide short-term support to students and staff
