Food Lab TechnicianOverview:

Join our dynamic Food Flavor Development and Manufacturing team as an entry-level Food Lab Technician. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply their academic knowledge and internship experience in a professional laboratory setting.

• Assist in the preparation, testing, and evaluation of food flavor samples.
• Conduct routine laboratory analyses to support product development and quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and processes.
• Collaborate with senior scientists and technicians on flavor formulation projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Support manufacturing teams with technical insights and lab-based solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
• 6 months of laboratory experience preferred (academic or internship experience accepted).
• Strong understanding of food chemistry, flavor development, and sensory evaluation.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Laboratory-based role with occasional collaboration in manufacturing facilities.

This is a Contract position based out of Mahwah, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
