MIG Welder

Webco Manufacturing is seeking an Evening Shift MIG Welder to join our precision sheet metal fabrication team in Alto, GA. In this role, you’ll perform high-quality MIG welding on custom metal components for a variety of industries, using advanced equipment and detailed blueprints. Responsibilities include setting up welding equipment, interpreting drawings and weld symbols, inspecting weld quality, and supporting basic fitting and finishing tasks. You’ll work in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment that values craftsmanship, reliability, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to grow your welding and fabrication skills.
