Knowledge of best practices and development standards within the AEM platform to ensure developers have the necessary skillsets once the contract period has ended. Ability to identify and resolve Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) issues in the AEM codebase and content. Ability to write complicated and optimized SQL and PS/SQL for Oracle and MS SQL Server. Ability to configure, optimize and maintain the Solr search platform, including integration with AEM Adobe Sites, boosting ranking, multi-language support, geographic location data, signal ranking, natural language, knowledge graph answers, extractive answers, and Google BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations for Transformers). Ability to integrating various and diverse technologies into a AEM web portal environment, such as Salesforce, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Oracle database and applications. Ability to write System Level Documentation, which will include development, maintenance, including flow charts and detailed logic specifications using Microsoft Office Products. Ability to provide on demand project reports to ensure project timelines are met and report any issues to the Project Manager.
