Aesthetician: Crate MedAesthetics Location: Nashville, TN Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 annually ($20-$22/hr + bonus) Schedule/Availability: 32-40 hours per week. You will deliver exceptional results using lasers, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments, like Hydrafacial, Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling and Chemical Peels. If you are passionate about delivering natural, results-driven outcomes and building lasting patient relationships, we want to meet you. Responsibilities: Minimum one year practicing medical aesthetics. Provide consistent professional medical treatments, facial and body treatments in accordance with office protocols and accepted certification practices. Conduct comprehensive consultations and create customized treatment plans Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of skincare services while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training patients in these areas so they are aware of all of our services offered Actively promote home skin care regimens and document all medical information using appropriate forms and clinical notes in the software system Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures Concentrate on patient retention and referrals Maintain a social media presence and engagement Positive attitude Team player Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations Handle patients' questions and concerns professionally and courteously Requirements: Experience: 1+ year experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice Must have laser device experience Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge Must be a team player Communicate effectively and transparently Be courteous and respectful Solutions oriented and innovative Attendance at all meetings, training, in-services, and other arrangements deemed important to business development by management World class professionalism with both patients and co-workers Licensure & Certifications: Active and in good standing state (that this role is listed in) Esthetician license Active BLS or ACLS certification Laser or additional aesthetic modality certifications highly preferred Clinical Competencies: Ability to safely administer treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments Compliance & Documentation: Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice Physical Requirements : Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers Ability to safely handle devices and medical supplies Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory Training & Travel: Willing to complete Rapid Advancement of MedAesthetic Partners (RAMP) 4-week paid training program (as determined by AMP leadership) Occasional travel for training and professional development Benefits & Perks We believe great providers deserve exceptional support, inside and outside the treatment room: Competitive Pay + Performance Incentives Annual Beauty Budget (increases with tenure) AMP Rewards & Recognition Programs 401(k) + Employer Contributions Continuing Education + National Training Opportunities Mentorship from Industry Leaders & KOLs Generous PTO + Holiday Closures Flexible Scheduling Benefits of Working at an AMP Partner Clinic At AMP, our mission is to amplify confidence and enhance lives by elevating the delivery of exceptional aesthetic care through innovative solutions and collaboration with our partner practices.
