Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Parsippany, NJ. This role is ideal for a creative, organized marketing professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who enjoys supporting a wide range of promotional marketing, events, social media, product launch, and graphic design initiatives.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, vendors, customers, agencies, and sales partners in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to multiple areas of marketing, including trade shows, digital content, marketing collateral, product samples, and campaign support. Candidates who thrive in a team-oriented setting with supportive leadership, clear priorities, and opportunities to contribute across projects will do well in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the marketing calendar and assist with planning, coordination, setup, product shipments, and follow-up for events and trade shows.
- Support social media marketing efforts for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, including content coordination, engagement tracking, and reporting.
- Create, review, and coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, displays, packaging, digital content, and promotional assets.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, sales teams, agencies, and internal departments to support marketing projects and product launch activities.
- Assist with search marketing content, keyword coordination, analytics reporting, and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage marketing collateral, camera sample inventory, product loan requests, deliveries, tracking, and distribution.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $25 to $27 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire, 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Parsippany, NJ.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage marketing calendars, promotional timelines, and event support activities.
- Coordinate social media content, engagement reporting, and digital marketing support.
- Develop and review graphic design assets for online, retail, trade show, packaging, and internal use.
- Support product launches, sample inventory, product shipments, and cross-functional marketing projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of marketing, promotional marketing, event coordination, or related experience.
- Prior graphic design experience with proficiency in graphic design software.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, including content support and engagement tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based work.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during events and trade shows.
- Ability to lift and handle marketing products and materials as needed.
- Ability to travel occasionally, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting trade shows, product launches, retail marketing, or promotional campaigns.
- Experience with photography or product content creation using camera equipment.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, keyword research, search marketing content, or campaign reporting.
- Experience coordinating vendor communication, marketing collateral inventory, samples, and product loan tracking.
