General Manager — Start-Up Food Distribution Center

Chick-fil-A Supply seeks a General Manager to lead the new distribution center in Lubbock, Texas. You will direct a ~50-person team, drive safety and service levels, manage KPIs and P&L, and help stand up the facility with a new playbook for future sites.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in distribution or supply chain leadership, strong problem-solving, budgeting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in English and experience in food distribution are preferred.
