Position Highlights:

• Physician-led hospital
• Independent anesthesia practice (no CRNA supervision).
• Favorable Call Schedule: 35 call days annually; 4 call lines (OB, Cardiology, Primary, Secondary). OB call is light (~700 deliveries/year). All call is from home with a 30-minute response time.
• Collaborative, physician-led call scheduling.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Million Dollar Earning Potential
• Sign-On Bonus: $300,000
• Base salary: $600,000 (W2) , $700, ) with flexible FTE options (down to 0.5 FTE). Additional compensation through voluntary extra call and flexible shift structures.

Qualifications:

• Degree: MD or DO required.
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Licensure: Eligible for Iowa medical license.
• Skillset: Proficiency in regional anesthesia preferred; option to avoid blocks if desired.
• Experience: Experienced anesthesiologists and new graduates welcome.
