Construction Superintendent - Custom Homes

I'm currently representing a highly regarded custom home builder that is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of luxury custom residences throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage all onsite construction activities from sitework through final completion.
• Lead subcontractors and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, look-aheads, and daily work plans.
• Conduct daily site walks and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work aligns with plans, specifications, and client expectations.
• Coordinate inspections, permitting requirements, and punch-list completion.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Designers, Engineers, and Homeowners.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a residential builder or General Contractor.
• Proven experience building custom homes from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of concrete, framing, building envelope, MEP coordination, and luxury interior finishes.
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and project sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Luxury custom homes valued at $3M-$20M+.
