About the Role:

Your Village Healthcare Services in Lithonia, GA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our growing team. It is a 1099 position. You will be working with a teenager for approximately 4 hours per week or 8 hours bi-weekly. You will also be responsible for providing supervision for the personal care staff who works with the client.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and clinical expertise

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering patient-centered care
