Talent Acquisition Specialist
Brighter Strides ABA Therapy
We’re seeking a motivated, outgoing and people focused professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, managing the recruitment process, conducting screenings, and helping build a strong team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, proactive, and passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful career opportunities. Requirements: Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively Highly organized with excellent time-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail Proficiency with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace #J-18808-Ljbffr
