Food Production Worker

Shift Details:

• Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate:

• $19.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Prepare ingredients for food production.

• Follow strict food safety and quality standards to ensure product excellence.

• Operate and maintain machinery efficiently and safely.

• Assist with packaging, warehouse tasks, dishwashing, and order fulfillment.

• Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet production goals.

Required Skills:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple areas.

• Comfortable working independently and following detailed procedures.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform frequent bending and reaching.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing.

• Knowledge of USDA standards or food safety certifications.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Other Requirements:

• Must be adaptable to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards according to USDA guidelines.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
