Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting client assessments, developing personalized housing plans, and connecting individuals with available resources. You will also facilitate workshops to educate clients about their housing rights and financial management. Expect to collaborate with local agencies and stakeholders to create effective solutions for housing stability.Your schedule will typically run Monday through Friday, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. An Associate's Degree in Social Services or a related field, coupled with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.Additionally, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are vital for developing effective housing solutions.
