Were looking for organized responsive individuals to help clients with booking details confirmations updates and general coordination.

As a Booking Support Specialist youll assist with gathering information organizing reservation details answering routine questions and helping keep each clients plans accurate and up to date.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What Youll Handle

• Assist with booking requests and confirmations
• Gather client preferences dates and important details
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help organize accommodation transportation and activity information
• Maintain accurate client records
• Assist with changes or adjustments
• Research available options when needed
• Keep booking details organized throughout the process

What Were Looking For

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear professional communication

• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service hospitality reservations scheduling administration or client support can be helpful but it is not required.
