Schedule & Availability

We offer full-time, part-time, day, evening, and PRN schedules . Whether you're looking for around 15 hours per week or a full-time schedule, we'll work with your availability to find the best possible fit.

Weekend availability is required. Caregivers must be available to work at least two weekends per month, typically every other weekend.

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Ability to pass a background check

• CPR/First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain

• Caregiving experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person

Compensation:

$19 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers

• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other tasks that help maintain a safe and comfortable home

• Provide transportation and assistance with appointments, errands, and shopping

• Provide companionship, conversation, supervision, and meaningful social interaction

• Support clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease , with training available when needed

• Accurately document services provided and communicate client changes, concerns, or needs to the On Demand Home Care team

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Ability to successfully pass a background check

• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

• Strong communication skills and ability to reliably follow client care instructions and schedules

• Weekend availability required — must be available to work at least two weekends per month, typically every other weekend
