Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

Additional Details:

An interview may not be available prior to offer. For positions that require radiation exposure, clinicians are required to purchase their own OSL Luxel dosimeter badge.

Unit Details: Medical oncology with medical-surgical overflow patients (CHF, DM, UTI, non critical sepsis, HTN, COPD). RNs titrate comfort care medicated gtts and limited Heparin gtt and Cardizem gtt (up to 10mg/hr). RNs read telemetry strips; monitor tech support may be available pending approval of position. Uses CPAP and BiPAP; no HiFlow.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement will be based on unit needs/demands. Standby shifts are standard; response time is 1 hour.

Floating Requirements: Floating will be required in like departments as needed.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
