Emergency Response Paramedic

Role Overview This position is for a dedicated Paramedic responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate emergency medical care. The role involves assessing call situations, utilizing advanced medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, and IV fluids, and providing appropriate treatment based on progressive protocols. Paramedics act as team leaders, managing scenes and units, and are required to drive ambulances during emergency responses. Key Responsibilities Assess emergency situations and determine the best course of action Use medical devices to administer advanced care Communicate effectively with patients and their families Lead scene and unit management when necessary Respond to 911 calls by driving ambulances Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel Participate in community programs to promote positive relations Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED State Paramedic License and Driver’s License Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic, and CPR (AHA only) Clean driving record and pass physical agility test Preferably healthcare work experience Benefits Paid shift differentials and holiday pay Paid training and generous PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
