Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU

• Provide direct patient care in a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Operate specialized equipment such as balloon pumps and CRRT
• Perform heart procedures including cardioversion and central lines
• Administer medication drips accurately and safely

Requirements of the RN - ICU

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, & NIH
• Preferred experience with Meditech EMR
