Within this environment, GPS HST Technology professionals support programs that improve service delivery, operational effectiveness, and constituent outcomes.QualificationsRequired:7 + years of consulting and/or industry experienceBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 4+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate, and related frameworksFront-end development experience using JavaScript, CSS, JSPs, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Bootstrap) to build responsive UIs supporting eligibility workflows and case management applicationsExperience with web services (REST, SOAP), XML/JSON processing, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)Skilled in in interface and data exchange design using Java/J2EE and REST services — including defining data mappings, control points and error handling for inbound/outbound integrationsExperience with enterprise application servers, specifically IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)Strong understanding of data structures, APIs, debugging, version control, system design concepts (scalability, reliability, security, integrations)Proficiency with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA): building and maintaining decision services, rule models, and workflows for eligibility determination logic. o Experience with batch processing frameworks (Spring Batch) and secure data exchange protocolsAbility to travel 0 - 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:State public assistance system experience that supports eligibility and benefits determination and case managementExperience building or supporting integrated eligibility systems (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or comparable)Hands-on experience with eligibility rules engines, including configuration, rule authoring, and integration with case management workflows Deloitte is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.
