Achieve and exceed daily call and sales targets set by management. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills. Engage in self-assessment to identify areas for personal growth. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage customer relationships. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve service. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor during all interactions. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies. Adapt to changes in processes and procedures as needed. Experience/Qualifications Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Strong verbal communication skills with a positive attitude. Eagerness to participate in training and self-development programs. Experience working in a results-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools. Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. Ability to document interactions accurately and maintain records.
