Compensation:

• Guaranteed base salary: $35,000–$50,000, based on experience and territory
• Uncapped commission on every sale
• Typical first-year earnings: $55,000–$65,000
• Typical second-year earnings: $70,000–$75,000+, with six-figure potential in every territory
• Up to $6,000 training bonus during your first six months
• Mileage reimbursement

Your Territory:
You’ll own an established territory based out of Cheyenne, covering clients within roughly 180–200 miles. Most days you’ll be on the road meeting with local businesses, schools, and organizations. Potential single-night trips may come up to help you manage your time in farther parts of your territory. Mileage, hotel, and per diem are covered.

What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Prospect and develop new business within your assigned territory, including cold calling
• Uncover customer pain points and solve technology and workflow challenges with customized solutions
• Prepare and present proposals tailored to each customer’s needs
• Close new business while building long-term customer relationships
• Manage sales activity and opportunities using CRM software

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred:

• Sales or customer-facing experience in any industry (sales coursework counts too)
• CRM experience
