What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care using the nursing process within scope and standards
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans
• Effectively delegate tasks to licensed and ancillary team members
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes; adapt care as necessary
• Educate patients and families, respecting cultural and individual preferences
• Document accurately and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid RN license in Florida
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical software
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills

Preferred:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
