What You’ll Do

• Lead and design site civil and land development projects from concept through construction
• Produce high-quality grading, drainage, and utility plans using Civil 3D
• Manage projects, timelines, and client relationships with a high level of ownership
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
• Contribute to proposals and help grow the business (your network and ideas matter here)

What You Bring

• Strong background in site civil/land development design
• Advanced Civil 3D skills and ability to produce construction documents
• Experience managing projects and building client relationships
• A proactive, entrepreneurial seller-doer mindset
• Public sector experience is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
