Job Description Job Description The Unloader/Order Picker plays a critical role in warehouse operations by efficiently unloading shipments, picking orders accurately, and operating equipment to maintain a smooth workflow. This position primarily involves operating a forklift and working long shifts to meet the demands of the warehouse environment. Responsibilities Unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment proficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all operations Work 10-12 hour shifts to support warehouse productivity Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations Forklift operation certification or experience on the order picker
