The Maintenance HVAC Technician 2 will perform skilled maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair split system air conditioners, package units and related equipment. Coordinate with site personnel on shutdowns for repairs and/or replacements and assist with selection and design criteria for new systems being installed on projects and existing facilities. Will respond in a timely manner to the temperature issues and needs of the occupants in the buildings and assist with HVAC/mechanical maintenance and repairs as needed under the primary direction of the Facility Maintenance Manager. Additionally, this position will assist with other facility and grounds maintenance, as necessary. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: demonstrate alignment with the company's Mission and core business Values; collaborate with key internal/external resources; participate in ongoing self-development.
