Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Onsite (5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles, levels, and industries
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent
• Source, engage, and attract candidates using a variety of tools, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Stay adaptable in an ever-changing recruiting landscape

Qualifications:

• Proven recruiting experience in a recruiting agency or fast-paced environment
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Exceptional relationship-building and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume setting
• Warm and thoughtful approach, high energy, driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated career stability
• Tech savvy and interest in AI tools
• Bachelor’s degree required
