Infrastructure Engineer III

Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand a large Autodesk cloud network
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues for internal and external customers.
- Automate cloud networking related tasks and build self-service tools
- Participate in organizational objective planning sessions, and efficiently manage tasks and projects with our agile methodology
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with RESTful APIs (AWS Lambda, API Gateway)
- 3+ years of experience in large-scale cloud-based Infrastructure – we use AWS
- Deep understanding of AWS networking services such as Amazon VPC, AWS Transit Gateway, Amazon Managed VPN
- Programming and automation skills – Python, Go, Terraform, Jenkins
- Solid understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, routing, IPSec tunnels, subnetting, and network segmentation
- Working knowledge of DNS, including AWS Route 53 and BIND
- Hands-on experience with modern container platforms such as Docker
- Proven ability to work effectively within an Agile framework
- Skilled at presenting technical policies, proposals, and designs
- Success in this role means you are a fast learner, a great communicator; within as well as across teams, and always have customer satisfaction in mind

- AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
