AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You keep product moving by processing shipments, replenishing inventory, marking down items, and merchandising. You maintain an efficient and organized stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are well‑organized. You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to correct gaps. You support teammates by stepping in for non‑stock tasks or assisting guests when needed. You prioritize safety in the stockroom and sales floor, following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love AE and Aerie products. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
