The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and project management, with a focus on residential fencing projects. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the residential fencing market, building and maintaining relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers, developing and presenting proposals to potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to project completion, coordinating with the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales and installation process, and tracking sales performance and providing regular reports to management. Qualifications include prior experience in residential sales and project management, knowledge of the fencing industry and products, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, valid drivers license, and reliable transportation./p/div
