Key Responsibilities

• Present competitive financing and leasing options, vehicle protection products, and service contracts to customers.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with primary and secondary lenders to secure deal approvals.
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local financial and legal regulations.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the sales team to maintain a smooth, efficient transition from sales to finance.
• Manage accurate deal structuring, contract execution, and timely funding processing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and deal-closing skills.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and F&I menu software.
