Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records within the facility's EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification (OTR) required or eligible
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech Expanse EMR platform
• Experience working in a rural or critical access healthcare setting
