Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract opportunity begins August 1st and spans a 12-month, year-round position, allowing for ongoing collaboration and support within a vibrant educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist
• Demonstrated experience conducting student evaluations, assessments, and counseling
• In-depth understanding of educational laws, special education processes, and evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff
• Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Previous experience as a school psychologist in an educational setting is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct mental health services and behavioral support to students
• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for educators and families
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students’ academic and emotional needs are met
• Assist in developing strategies for learning, behavior management, and crisis intervention
• Support special education assessments, eligibility, and IEP development processes
• Participate in planning and delivering workshops for staff and families on mental health topics
